It seems that evolution no longer imports public keys when it receives a
signed email message. In addition, it shows a valid and trusted
certificate as being untrusted. (I have the root signing certificate
installed and marked as trusted for all three uses.) This used to work
flawlessly.

Confirmed that this patch BROKE xournal. The canvas basically didn't
update unless a redraw was forced (window switching, scrolling, etc.).
Occasionally it would partially draw some other part of some line, but
never what I had just drawn. I rebuilt libgnomecanvas /disabling/ the
patch and xournal
I'm pretty sure this issue is related to having an invalid keyboard layout
state. I haven't seen this issue in a while, but I have a separate one about
the keyboard layout indicator applet -- the whole X keyboard layout system
gets confused sometimes when I plug in an external (Apple USB) keyboard.
I have the same problem using the amd64 8.10 release candidate. I use
an external spam filter that simply adds a header. I then set a filter
under the spam tab in evolution to tag and move these email messages. I
turn off spam checking by unchecking the "check incoming email for spam
checkbox, b

I know Nautilus is confusing the virtual and real SCSI world because-
taking the ZIP drive out clears the issue. I happen to have hardware
that the GNOME project has not seen in a good long while, that's all.

Upon boot up, I have no taskbars at all. However I discovered when I
pointed my mouse at the upper left corner of my screen I got a drop down
tab. I was able to perform functions this way, but is very

Ran Rhythmbox overnight without incident. So going directly to Alsa
seems to have resolved the problem. It obviously causes other problems

I am running Skype which goes directly to Alsa as well. I don't know

.wmv works. Others don't work and totem say:

On Heron after a very recent upgrade, in last 7 days.
Evolution was working fine and retrieving mail and sending mail.This
started going wrong after an upgrade and it repeatedly asked for my
password, an old one for ISP is stored elsewhere. I am guessing it is
old pass
fering the wrong
password, even after I had typed in the upload password. It was doing
this despite the fact that I cancelled the send. When I shutdown
evolution it continued to offer the wrong password until I cancelled out
evolution with a force quit.

EVolution cons
It seems that evolution no longer imports public keys when it receives a
signed email message. In addition, it shows a valid and trusted
certificate as being untrusted. (I have the root signing certificate
installed and marked as trusted for all three uses.) This used to work
flawlessly.

I'm pretty sure this issue is related to having an invalid keyboard layout
state. I haven't seen this issue in a while, but I have a separate one about
the keyboard layout indicator applet -- the whole X keyboard layout system
gets confused sometimes when I plug in an external (Apple USB) keyboard.
I have the same problem using the amd64 8.10 release candidate. I use
an external spam filter that simply adds a header. I then set a filter
under the spam tab in evolution to tag and move these email messages. I
turn off spam checking by unchecking the "check incoming email for spam
checkbox, b
