To say it isn't supported isn't really correct. It doeasn't work as it
should since the information is imported to the calendar instead of the
contacts. vcs and vcf only appear to be Import options in this version
of Outlook.

Sorry my previous comment was wrong and therefore confusing. I wanted to import
my Calendar from Outlook and that is imported to Contacts in Evolution. The
upstream comment about vcf seems irrelevant since vcf is a contact format isn't
it? I don't know ics.
Anyhow I still think this is a bug
Having now looked at the files Outlook creates, I realise that its
basically guesswork based on the contents of the header fields in the
first line of the file. The fact that I'm using Outlook in French may
not have helped despite the fact that Evolution is configured in French
too. I also note
Sorry its taken me a while to get back to you. I've created a 1 entry
calendar on Outlook which effectively is still created as a contact in
Evolution. I've attached my Outlook .csv file. I hope it will help.
Remember this is Outlook 2000 so it maybe just that Outlook has moved on
and Evolution is
