Let's close this issue. I can't reproduce this on Ubuntu 19.10.
One thing to note: The problem only showed up after some time with Ubuntu
19.04.

The album is Matt Redman's "Intimacy" which displays the cover for the
film "Intimacy".
I've also attached the song "One thing remains" which I chose to play to
get the wrong cover art to show.
This is just one of many wrong covers that appear.

Gmm... I updated to 14.04 just yesterday and it looks that bug vanished. Tested
shorcuts in terminal (ctrl+shift+c/ctrl+shift+v) in Brackets IDE and in Firefox
(ctl+shift+arrows, ctrl+shift+s). It is also looks that applications do not
loose focus when layout switching.

for some time, perhaps to let the smb host timeout the connection and

It seems to be fixed is there some update lately? as you see in the
screenshots i sent, "Mariana" sender was in the folder and after the
search there were missing messages... I cannot reproduce it right now,
but i do not know if is still present. If you want, get rid of this bug

Don't know. I think that the bug is just with clock applet, and the
issue is that sometimes is not loaded at all, and there is empty space
instead. Anyway i did not seen this bug for over a week, but did not pay
attention much.

I have news, as a test action, i changed the font from Sawasdee to Serif
and all went all right for a while and then my wife called me and showed
me this screenshot. So i changed the window manager from compiz to

i recently installed a Lucid i386 and the problem of icon misaligned
persist, so i think that this answer your question Pedro. As well as in
the recieved messages or outgoing ones. In the outgoing, the attachments
are shown at the bottom of the message, and incoming ones, are displayed
in the (+) a
Other observation is that some icons are not correct. As seen in this
screenshot, the "clip" icon next to the .doc file should be the one for
PDF files.

As seeing in the screenshot, brightness applet gauge not respond at all.
The only way to change the LCD brightness of my HP 6735s notebook is to

automatically the red symbol (like do not smoke) over the brightness
