I doubt this has been fixed in gnome-system-tools as such. However
network-admin appears to have been removed from gnome-system-tools by
GNOME 3 and I cannot currently find any UI for this, although the
network.ui file is still present in the gnome-system-tools package. I
don't know what e.g.
network-admin has been shipped in the gnome-network-admin package
separately for a while.
We should probably keep this bug open until we check it's fixed, but
since I don't maintain the gnome-system-tools anymore, and they've been
deprecated in GNOME 3.0, nothing will be fixed anyway. And some
[Expired for gnome-system-tools (Ubuntu) because there has been no
activity for 60 days.]
