I have found a solution for my problem. I 've just use my USB on a
computer with Windows, and surprise, there is no more problem on my
Ubuntu.

I encounter a bug of the same kind.
When I introduce my USB key (with the label KEY Thibault), the icon which
appear (on the Desktop, in Nautilus, etc.) is no more the good one. (look at
the screenshot).
I have however another USB key which don't encounter this problem (see the

Why can't you address it as part of this project?
Because it's not a small issue?
Because it doesn't affect many people?
Because it's not quick and easy to fix?

This is a screenshot to show how Places menu looks like AFTER I unmount
the floppy disk I previously mounted clicking on Places->Floppy Drive.
Even if I unmount it, it will never go back to "Floppy Drive" anymore.
It's in Spanish: "Soporte de 1,5 GiB" means "1,5 GB Media".
