did you set an ftp url handled under /desktop/gnome/url-handlers in
gconf-editor which is using this value?

I never set anything in /desktop/gnome/url-handlers manually, but indeed it
is set to this.
:~/.gconf/desktop/gnome/url-handlers/ftp$ cat %gconf.xml
?xml version=1.0?
gconf
entry name=needs_terminal mtime=1203349682 type=bool
value=false
/entry
entry
that's not a nautilus bug, you might want to open a bug on whatever
software write such configurations
