I just copied a bunch of video files from a camera memory stick, selected them in nautilus, right-clicked and selected Open with Movie Player and the same problem happened. Checking the running processes, I see: totem /home/chris/Pictures/SDC13156.MP4 /home/chris/Pictures/SDC13157.MP4
