I upgraded by using terminal; apt-get update, then, apt-get dist-upgrade.
It did prompt me: for Y or I to update, or N or whatever I don't remember to
leave alone(do nothing?) or for C or whatever it was to see the differences, or
? to do something else. I don't think I understood it was going
not a bug, we try not make questions asked on upgrade and we will likely
fix that one for feisty. The question reply, if you don't change it, is
to keep your configuration though, when you are not sure of what to do
just use enter

displayed a question asking if you want to keep your version of that
file or the package one. Are you sure you didn't get it and replied to
use the distribution one?
