When I last tested Nvidia multi-monitors I was unable to reproduce this
bug. So I'm not sure I can help any time soon.
Worse still, I am now unable to test any Nvidia multi-monitor issues
since my new monitors don't support (no DVI) my only Nvidia card that
runs the current Nvidia drivers :S

I imported an artist folder 'Ghost' while having 'Copy files that are outside
the music library' checked, then I closed the importer and tried importing the
same files again. Then I got the error.

have fixed itself. It turns of automatically across both screens at
sunrise as per sunrise-sunset schedule
