It is good that Sandy raised this thread initially. Many of us may have attended the Desktop Summit 09 and had a feel/glimpse of what/how the gnome-shell is like. Now that was 3 moths ago, many (me included) still love to keep up on a bigger picture of ting without necessary to build gnome-she
