when you are patching ubuntu packages, the patches need to go in
/debian/patches. ie you don't directly patch the upstream code. You can use

Hello, checked today, still exists in mainline
linux-image-4.5.0-040500-lowlatency_4.5.0-040500.201603140130_amd64. Not sure
if properly tagged release candidate number.
Steps to reproduce: Open chromium browser with arround 30 tabs, open new tab
with YouTube(HTML5 not flash in my case), open

I performed part of it. The situation passed the "TroubleShooting" step.
I checked on the bugzilla, visited
I upgraded to a new kernel
$ uname -a

and I am no longer spammed by prompts to report kernel oops. I rebooted
and still no such prompts.

Please accept patch from Debian - there are lots of cases, when system
administrators must install firefox extension for all users, for example
flashblock and adblock are widely used in schools and other educational
institutions, also this is a regression, because all Ubuntu LTS versions
allowed

Observed: emacs process eating as much as one CPU core as it could.
Expected: when session is closed, emacs process quits.
