MATE 21.04.
lightdm has code for disabling the MATE screensaver. I confirmed that it
works by opening a terminal window within a guest session:
$ gsettings get org.mate.screensaver lock-enabled
false
But I could still reprodu
The built-in extensions (Desktop Icons, Ubuntu AppIndicators, Ubuntu Dock) can
be deactivated using the Extensions app.

never works, vs/ works for a little while and then stops working? But
adding the MOZ_DBUS_REMOTE flag that it mentions seems to fix the issue
when running with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND in limited testing so far.

Same issue for me. gnome-font-viewer froze after launching, either by using
Fonts app or command line.
The fix by Luis (mantelitos) in post #14 above works for me. Except one small
tweak, remove the space before the "="

Same here. Not only section but also the tls-cipher setting
from my .ovpn config file were ignored.
Interestingly it does work when using the networkmanager CLI:
nmcli connection import vpn.ovpn
did import everything correctly. Apparently the UI is not using the same
import method as the CLI ..
Why is it marked as Won't Fix? The obsolete package xserver-xorg-video-
intel is installed with the operating system. Please remove it.
