Dual pointers doesn't sound like a bug because you probably have dual
pointing input devices.
As for the tracking speed, does selecting 'Ubuntu on Xorg' from the
login screen fix that?

That doesn't sound like a bug. Modal shell dialogs like for network
connections are meant to be modal so you can't access other features
like powering off.

Please also open the 'Extensions' app and ensure you only have the three
Ubuntu extensions installed. If there are more than that try removing

as is fixed in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-

But please do not install ubuntu-advantage-tools to supported releases
like 18.04 LTS, 20.04 LTS and 21.04. It may confuse users. Users do not
expect ESM existence on supported systems.
In other words ubuntu-minimal should not depend on ubuntu-advantage-tools for
supported releases.
You can make this dependency time-based. For example in 2023-05 add this
dependency for 18.04 LTS. But currently it is not needed.

As regards apparmor it's possible that no change is needed. fcitx5
creates the folder
~/.config/fcitx/dbus
(i.e. not ~/.config/fcitx5/dbus) with a long file name whose contents is
