I'm not sure what the intended configuration of these two packages is.
On one (older) lunar system I find neither installed. On a fresh lunar
install however I find pipewire-alsa but no pulseaudio. Neither package
is seeded so it seems either of those configurations is valid.

Replying about the accountsservice part, we got some issues resolved
there before the release but the bug here is a different problem then
the one addressed in accountsservice 22.08.8-1ubuntu7.
The issue is in the indicator codebase and the right fix is what has
been uploaded for

Seems like a combination of:
* over-aggressive latency optimizations in the latest version of triple
buffering; and
* gnome-shell 44 being slightly less efficient at some operations like
scrolling the app grid.
Think I found it. The new version of triple buffering in mutter 44.0 is
too aggressive at scaling back to double buffering. So that's why 22.04
and 22.10 felt faster on Pi than 23.04 does right now.
The workaround is to add this to /etc/environment:
MUTTER_DEBUG_TRIPLE_BUFFERING=always

Issue is pseudo-sporadic. On the desktop, it usually freezes the moment
I pick a different time in the video. On my laptop I at first had
thought it didn't suffer from it, but after selecting 10 or so video
positions, it locked the video.
