Touch events do consider screen orientation

mostly hidden by the keyboard.
Popup windows are placed in the middle of the screen. It would me smarter by
the window manager when new windows, especially popups are placed around
overlays like

I'm running a WeTab with ubuntu and the ch7036 chip is not supported.
There is a driver for the chromebook (called chrontel), but that driver is more
or less a hacked daemon that sends some data to the chip and gives me the
following error message:

- hold down windows-key
- drag the terminal window with left mouse button
What I expect:
- Window should move around and size should stay the same
What I actually see:
- Window becomes smaller and
I know that i forgot sth. to set up, but should the control center hang up
because of this?
When i think over it, it is rather a security/stability issue.
