This happens every single time I either change windows in Gnome 3.x or
try to change the color of the indicators for my CPU cores, etc in the
app... When I do this, the x and u axis on the graphs completely
disappear, leaving me with graphs that merely mean nothing, that
Dropbox is working again. I have only done software updates!

I ran some more updates and it appears to have been fixed! Thank you Sebastian,
for the suggestions :)
I'll keep this bug report open for another few days before marking it as

The default display manager of most Ubuntu desktops, LightDM, refuses to
work properly and smoothly on *most* Ubuntu desktops using AMD
processors and graphics chips. The mouse will often jitter around,
visual effects will be extremely slow, it often won't show me any
preview
