ok that works for me except that. I am losing a lot of OpenGL
performance going from 3.12 to 3.13 - my Unigine test scene is ~21fps in
the former and ~4fps in the later. Short story I still can't work
without rebooting.

Ok I can confirm that the updated kernel works. However I can't use it
as I depend quite heavily on the nVidia binary drivers to get work done.

It looks like the patches are in the linux wacom project. It would be nice to
have support for these tablets before saucy ships.
I bought one today to replace my broken wacom intuos 5.
instructions on how to build these myself would also be acceptable.
