logged in, the system should of course prevent a reboot or shutdown.

I have set up 'desktop integration' in transmission to show the icon in
the panel. If I click on the 'Show Transmission' option, the
Transmission icon is shown in the launcher but not focused correctly.

I would also like to see an option like
'Do not hide Global Menu'.
Right now, the global menu and the action buttons are hidden after a
definable time. I would prefer if they would be visible all the time as
e.g. on Mac OS X. Hiding it might lower clutter but sadly it lowers
productivity, too as
I still got that issue on subwindows (like compose new message).

Had the same crash today. It is not really reproducable. It occured
after opening the Appearance dialog, directly after login.
