I should add, I'm using Ubuntu 22.04 now and I don't face the issue
anymore. In 22.04 I use the Wayland windowing system, so I no longer use
nvidia drivers, not sure if the problem lies there.

Hi Daneiel, I do not have any locally installed extensions. There is no
file or directory ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions
$ gsettings get org.gnome.shell enabled-extensions
@as []
$ ls ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/
ls: cannot access '/home/sujit/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/'
I installed the focal-proposed updates yesterday, just checked and I can
confirm the background corruption issue is still there, tho it's not as
much as before. Before it used to change to a complete grey static, but
now the wallpaper is still visible to an extent. I'll attach a
screenshot.

As of now, I'm using the X.Org Nouveau open-source driver. I removed all

When I turn on my Bluetooth headset, Ubuntu 20.04 connects to it
