gnome-co
The extension should not slowdown anymore when loading such icons, as
that's now handled by the shell itself, so while an icon could be
missing we don't do much IO from extension level.

We are not installing by default libgtk-4-media-gstreamer :(
That is not a g-c-c dependency as it should, nor is in main, so we'd

It worked for non-builtin extensions but in these cases they're marked
as initialized, but not enabled.

I see what you mean, g-c-c should probably provide the "back" button to
be available and not only the "cancel" one.
That's an upstream change, I'd suggest to open an issue at
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/ so that it can be
tracked there.
