Actually I don't think the DAAP Proxy bit has anything to do with
this, but that means that in debug mode, it isn't outputting any errors
from the Amazon extension, the only thing it mentions is [Info

I finally did a clean install of Ubuntu 12.04 and that took care of the
problem.
