Same for me. Interestingly, if I switch to a different program and then
back to Libreoffice, the global menu appears!

I noticed the same, if I lauch Writer or Impress they show correctly the
appmenu, but if I open an ODT document or a ODP Presentation they do not show
the global menu.
This is the broken behaviour.

I've noticed that for my instance it depends on the way I launch the
app.
If I double click a document to launch writer it doesn't have the menu.
If I launch writer from the dash then the menu is available.

I have the same problem. The menu was there, but after a LibreOffice
restart it is gone.
