/etc/openvpn/
I had my certs and keys in my encrypted /home. For some reason, the
system can't see the certs and keys at boot time. Moving all those files
to /etc/openvpn solved my problem.

@engage1: Could you elaborate? I keep certificates in ~/Documents, which
isn't encrypted. Where do you advise moving the PEM files to so it will
auto connect correctly?
