I can't see anything obvious in that log. This makes me think something
is running fundamentally too slow; either the CPU or the disk.
To check the disk speed please run a benchmark in the 'Disks' app,
and/or use:
sudo hdparm -t /dev/sda
and tell us the results.

The system booting too slow is different to applications launching too
slow. Which issue would you like this bug to be about?
If you would like the bug to be about the system booting too slow then
please provide a shorter, cleaner boot log by rebooting, logging in and
then immediately running:
adding 'journalctl -b 0' from a session having the issue.
