It's also worth noting that the evince snap doesn't have the same
problem so it could be due to a poppler version or a fonts configuration
difference

Thank you for your bug report. Is there any chance you could try to get
a small example not including private informations? You could perhaps
try to use 'pdfseparate' to extract one page of the document if there
are any without private data and see if that also show the issue?
