Some key bindings don't work (Navigate Show In, Alt+Shift+W), and these
messages on the console also don't look promising:

One can get this to work.
Beware: Expect some weirdness if you start Eclipse with a product that
cannot be found, e.g.:

no.valid.product

This issue is definitely not an Eclipse one, but an Ubuntu one. Ubuntu
hardcoded an exception for Eclipse menu in there menu manager.
This exception can be removed on the Ubuntu side by tweak linked earlier by
