According to bug 854202 deja-dup still crashes if ubuntuone-couch isn't
installed and might be causing the reporter problems mounting extrenal drives.
Also the recommend was somehow removed and isn't present in the latest
version(19.92-0ubuntu1).

I'm marking this Fix Released, since deja-dup actually had a typo in its
control file that prevented ubuntuone-couch's Recommend from working.
So most people weren't actually getting it by default. That's been
fixed.
