Yes, the machine I wanted to see listed is in the output:
+ wlan0 IPv6 chris-Inspiron-M301Z SFTP File Transfer local
+ eth0 IPv6 chris-Inspiron-M301Z SFTP File Transfer local
but it wasn't in the nautilus Network view.
