Can anyone else confirm this?
I use Remmina heavily, and it locks up a couple of times per week to the
point that I have kill the process and restart. Quiting, by right-
clicking and selecting quit, from the Unity launcher is not possible.
This not good for new users, they'd probably have to
I suspect that, in all this time, this bug has never gotten to the right
person. Someone knows how to easily fix this, but that person isn't
getting to this bug report.
Sidenote: In addition to Num-Lock, Cap-Locks is also backwards

I can also confirm that Pavel's patch works. Here are the steps I did:
Patch for Ubuntu 15.04 (vivid):
1) Open the sources file using the nano file editor:
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
2) Add these two lines to the bottom of the /etc/apt/sources.list
file:

14.04 is Trusty, right? Well, 14.04 doesn't exhibit this bug. 14.10
does, and after upgrading to 14.10 I had to go back to 14.04 because of
this bug. 15.04 did not exhibit this bug either (until a couple of
months after release), then there too I had to downgrade to 14.04 again
to avoid this bug.
I see that the status is Fix Released. Does this mean if I upgraded
from 14.04 to 15.04 (right now), I would not experience this bug
anymore?

about 2 or 3 weeks, and then it stopped again.
To fix I had to upgrade to the Remmina Next repository, which I
installed like this:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:remmina-ppa-team/remmina-next ; sudo apt-get
update ; sudo
Generally I favor "fewer steps" to "more steps".
Your conclusion that this cannot be undone is not correct. It can always be
undone in the same step-intensive way you currently have to do it in the first
place.

recommending that the main repository be updated to the version that's
in the Remmina Next repository since two versions ago.
