I have no problem with changing both to single
I don’t much about popularity of these extra fields, but the bug seems annoying
enough and the fix trivial enough to release an Ant 1.9.6 (I don’t see the need
to add an extra number to the version).
So +1.

While going through the buglist I found this one.
If I understand the comments right, the code was integrated in 1.5.1.
But it is not present in 1.9.6/trunk.
Should we integrate that code?
We should close that issue ;)
