Agreed with Andrew. This looks like a test only issue.
I think we should address the Expr PartialOrd further
(https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/issues/8932), but it
should not block the release.
Thanks Andy.

+1. There have been a few times I've attempted to run the verification
scripts. They have failed, but I was pretty confident it was a problem
with my environment mixing with the verification script and not a problem
in the software itself and I didn't take the time to debug the verification
Hi,
Sorry. It's my fault. I think that I forgot to upload 14.0.2
Ubuntu binaries except Ubuntu 23.04.
We can't upload 14.0.2 for Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04
easily. Could you use 15.0.0 instead?

I'm using the apache-arrow packages in Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and 22.04 LTS
environments.
Ubuntu binaries for the latest version 14.0.2 (14.0.2-1) are not available yet.

I verified it on Mac (M3).
I got the same error in test_partial_ord and I agree it looks very much the
the same as https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/pull/8908 -- a test
only issue that should not block the release
Thanks Andy
