Regarding to the '.keystore' file is not in our source distribution, I have fixed this by renaming the file to 'ks.keystore' and updating the test. Aki, you mention there are more files. I could found others. Could we tell me, which files are also missing!? Regarding to the two source distribution

[1] is the official source distro, not [2]. It should contain all source files you need to build this release (I'm not sure whether the test files are mandatory, because you can skip the tests).
