Actually I had a look at that now while I'm in that space and have added
an additional patch CAY-1932_14may2014_extratypes.patch to CAY-1932 to
cover those additional types.

I think that it is a matter of changing a radio-button in the Jenkin's
job's configuration page and entering in the URL to the GIT remote
repository. There's also polling options in there too.
