Selection list in cache='request'

I just found out that an intensive use of selection lists (longer
then 50 items) in repeaters etc causes a lack of performance.
This remains even if I adopt the intelligent "cache="request" '
feature.

Thanks for fixing this so fast!
It should have gone into the AbstractCustomBinding though, in order not to
break other custom bindings. Libraries are of no interest to custom bindings
anyway. Fixing this (and the typo) now... (making extra sure I don't break
stuff again).
