I've just submitted some patches for the DELI block for Cocoon 2.1.7 and
2.2.
I think DELI was a bit broken, I put together a patch some time ago, but
Antonio couldn't get it to work, so I don't think it was ever used.

moment I'm experiencing trouble building Cocoon. I wanted to flag this
because other people trying to do a clean build may be experiencing
