The Incubator doesn’t accept all projects, with the main requirement being that

Sounds good Jay, to enter the incubation, your project needs a champion
and at least two or three mentors. The incubation mentors are volunteer
community members, So, I think it's better to share some detail about your
project that will give community members a better understanding of your
project
