platform.

[1], but the VERSION file is currently set to 3.4.0, so I'm not sure if this
location is still accurate to make the update, or if it is just missing a push.

Compared to the earlier vote, I cleaned up the shrinkwrap so the
devDependencies don't get installed. Because I wanted to verify that it works,
