+1 for starting a release. I believe I have +1 those outstanding changes Steve listed already. We need a second. The discussion on this of creating a coverage tool - we definitely want that, but should not hold up a release of this tool for that. That alone will be worth its own separate release

In addition to defaulting to the recently released Daffodil 3.8.0, the Daffodil SBT Plugin has a number of bug fixes, new features, and quality of life enhancements. Now is probably a good time for another release of the plugin. There are three open PRs that are fairly small and worth including
