Hi, I want to upload voted "eagle release candidate 3" artifacts to apache release distribution https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/eagle/ Should the name of folder/files contain “rc3” suffix or can I rename it to just "0.3.0-incubating” and have voted rc3 artifacts in it.
