I am trying to run a simple declarative service example within Felix OSGi
runtime, but I notice the following :-
1) My services bundle get deployed with status Active yet "services"
command from OSGi prompt, doesn't show me my service. My bundle was tested
within Eclipse Equinox

Karl and I were talking about this during the release. We kept things
like this simply because we were following the previous pattern of the
trunk depending on the latest versions. However, we both felt this
