Hi devs, I'm officially canceling this release candidate now. Both of the previously reported issues (FLINK-24300 and FLINK-24305) are confirmed to be release blockers, and have been fixed already. The next release candidate is on the way. I'll start another voting thread once it's ready.

Hey, Thanks for reporting the issue. I agree we might need to cancel the RC depending on the outcome of the issue. However, I'd urge everyone not to pause the testing efforts and wait for the issue to be resolved. From what I gathered this issue existed in rc0 already and it could've been caught
