primary repo is svn here: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/geronimo/
As far as i know only parts are mirrored to github, like
https://github.com/apache/geronimo-specs/tree/trunk
https://github.com/apache/geronimo-javamail/tree/trunk

i would like to release javamail as an alpha (or beta) version first
because we have not yet executed the TCK and the last changes are big
ones and its maybe to 100% stable (yet)

Hi Devs,
last geronimo javamail 1.4 spec release (1.7.1) was back in 2010.
Since then the following issues were fixed:
GERONIMO-5842
GERONIMO-6165
GERONIMO-6438
GERONIMO-6471
GERONIMO-6480
GERONIMO-6530
+ some NOTICE/legal stuff
I'd like to propose to make a new release (1.7.2 or maybe 1.8.0 ?)
ready

Thanks

Its not exactly doing what greenmail is doing (mock2 is mocking
javamail classes like Folder, Transport, Store and so on and does not
emulate a mailserver on the protocol
