If there is any interest for commonj and jaspi, just tell me and i can do

Certainly jaspi and I suspect commonj are not ready for release as
we don't have tcks for them. I'd appreciate it if you could check
their osgi-ification so we can't forget to do it when we are ready to
release.

It seems that even the maven bundle plugin does not support it as the generated
manifest would not work.
