TeamCity CI builds broken

The jdk7 and 8 builds are failing. One commit I pushed yesterday (GROOVY-7683) timed out and since subsequent pushes are failing with the message: org.gradle.cache.internal.LockTimeoutException: Timeout waiting to lock Plugin Resolution Cache (/var/teamcity/.gradle/caches/3.0/plugin-resolution).
