Igniters, Looks like we made a mistake while implementing IGNITE-12057: `user.dir` is NOT user home directory, it is where JVM has been started from, which is rather arbitrary. (Among other things this breaks Ignite.NET usage from tools like LINQPad, because `user.dir` ends up pointing to Program
