Hi,
Only 3 +1 votes are needed (and more +1’s than -1) to make a release. It is
good if more people look at it as they may catch something the others missed.
Most votes on release only get 3-5 votes so that’s fine.
Re the PPMC this can be adjusted on graduation, it’s usually done by asking

Hi Giorgio,
According to the previous discussion, ASF does not suggest removing anyone
who made contributions to the project/community,
and hopes them back in the future.
I agree with that.
Listing the above list is for inferring how many votes are reasonable.
Besides, it gives us (at least

Hello,
Usually active is a person is actively contributing to the project in the
last six months at least. Formally we don't get out of a PPMC nobody,
simply we ask if/she is still willing to contribute.
Just 1c,
Giorgio.
Hi Chris,

the inactive PPMCs.
According to my observation, in the last 6 months,

1. Use cmake for building system. Both CLion and Visual Studio 2019 or
Visual Studio Code.
CMake should able to generate your thrift code and permit platform
indiependence.
2.
Hi all,
Well this result is really a little puzzling to me.
You are quite a large ppmc and only two of you voted.
That's not good.
I'll try to remember not to be one of the first to vote next time.

Many thanks, Xiangdong and Julian!
I’ve noticed the minor issues that Christofer and Xiangdong pointed out in the
VOTE thread.
I’d like to fix them in master later, and remind the RM of 0.10.0 to double
check with these issues.
