A big +1 to that ... it's always good to be in-line with the typical standards.
Regarding "users" there seems to be a general mixture of "user" and "users"
being used for that case, but I think any of the two is a better choice than
"business".

a new mailing list of "users", which is a common mailing list for the
Apache TLP.

Hi all,
Why not just use the regular party@ list? Or is it intentional to just meet
with iotdb folks? Apache is more than just one project and there are lots of
great people you could meet.
And with "business" I'd use a different name. "userstories" or something else.
