The other parts of the project - bug tracker, mailing lists - have never
been used. And our Latvian translator community is so small (about 4
people) that I think they would not be used in foreseeable future.
Currently we use one common mailin

Sorry for asking stupid questions, but i have returned to translating
help files and I don't remember anymore how to translate following
type of strings:
Allow Interaction
Should both texts "Allow Interaction\">Allow Interaction be
translated or just the second one.
