this file is a (pre)_m15 based en-US sdf file with added keyids. if you
open a kid / keyid build you will see. you can use it for deb

Unfortunately, the milestone to use to translate the last changes won't
be ready before end of next week.
April 16th, is now the expected date when translation can start.
