I saw that for Windows installer the UI string for installation type,
Full was changed to Typical in m1 (compared to OOO330m0).
Isn't there a string freeze on?

yes there is a string freeze and this string change should never made it
into the m1. Looks like there was a misunderstanding here inside, as it
was even clear visible in EIS wordcount entry.
